Shipping
The flat rate for shipping for eligible products to any Australian address is $9.95
Please note: The exception is Mezzie + Frank paint, which is available via local pick up – Canberra only.
Workshops
Workshops need to be paid in full at the time of booking. If circumstances arise and you are no longer able to attend the following will apply:
Two (2) weeks or longer from workshop date – full refund or transfer to another workshop date.
Less than one (1) week from workshop – forfeit of fee or you can find a replacement participant for your workshop place. A $20 administration fee will apply in this situation.
Wattlebird Canberra reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum booking is not achieved. Full refunds will be given or a replacement workshop will be offered to the same value. At least one week notice will be given before the scheduled date of the workshop if cancellation is necessary.
