In this special edition workshop, guest teacher Jan will be walking us through felting soap. In the workshop we will make two felted soaps each to take home. In addition you will leave with take home notes and materials to make two more soaps at home. A really relaxing session, learning an ancient craft.

Long before people used face washers or loofahs, felted soap was used to get a lovely lather without using up too much of the soap. Felting helps conserve the soap, it is a built in washcloth, acts as a slight exfoliant and the wool is naturally anti-bacterial.
